- His primary focus is to advise the top management on corporate planning, strategic management, HR/Administration and Management Development endeavors.
- Mr. Singh has over 36 years of extensive senior/top management experience serving reputed companies in India and the UK. Though his core area has been Human Resources Management, he also possesses expertise in other areas such as, strategic management, project management, and training and development. He had also taught at management institutions and had been involved in community development programs.
- Mr. M J Singh holds an MBA and has a degree in Law.

- Mr. Bhambhani joined Hi Tech in May 2009 as Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Business Operations.
- Mr. Bhambhani has held various management positions in his 16 years of work experience in the US. He has worked at Yahoo! Inc. in California for the past 8 years as Director of Global Product Management. At Yahoo! his role was managing Display Advertising Systems that enabled $2 billion in annual advertising revenues. He has also served as Director of Product Development at infoUSA, a consumer& business database company based in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Bhambhani has also spent some time as Engineer at Applied Communications Inc. where he was responsible for design and development of BASE24, an industry leading solution for electronic fund transfer systems.
- Mr. Bhambhani is a seasoned traveler and has extensively worked with clients and users in international countries.
- Mr. Bhambhani holds an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Kansas, USA, and B.E. in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.

- Mr. Sangani is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by value addition thereby building long term and mutually beneficial business relationships.
- He has 11 years of extensive International Marketing experience and an established track record in identifying the opportunities in the global markets and successfully managing client relations. His background includes a sound knowledge of IT and ITES service sector. Before joining Hi-Tech, he was heading a business unit for the Asian region.
- Mr. Sangani holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and has a diploma in Computer Science.

- Mr. Kothari is responsible for strengthening the company’s online market base. He manages the SEO-SEM operations, which spans portals and over 90 websites. He also shares responsibilities for business development and client services.
- Mr. Kothari has 15 years of experience holding increasingly senior positions in various industries in India as well as Tanzania, including IT, FMCG, Petroleum and Insurance. His expertise spans diverse fields such as marketing, strategic planning, new business development, sales, imports, production and manufacturing. His background also includes an unfailing track record in increasing revenues and streamlining workflow.
- He received his bachelor's degree in Physics from Gujarat University and an MBA from C.M.R.D., Pune.

- Mr. Gupta – well known as “The Target Tracker”, is heading a Business Development cell of the company. His role is to generate opportunities and capitalize the same. He is the Front Face of the company for all the clients visiting Hi-Tech and is playing a critical role during the finalization of business deals. His 10+ years of experience rich profile has enabled the company to enjoy continual growth over the years.
- Mr. Gupta has vast experience in the field of Business Development, Online Marketing, Product Management, Affiliate Marketing, Search Engine Marketing and E-mail Marketing & Management. He has successfully worked on many international online projects.
- Mr. Gupta has done his Masters in Economics & Finance with his graduation in the field of Commerce.

- Mr. Dhingra is heading a vital cell of Human Resource & Development in the company. His endeavor has always been to delight both, external and internal clients to the company. His role as an HR Head is to find best available talent pool in the industry, train them and retain the recruited talent. He is also taking care of personnel and payroll operations across the company and managing 700+ employees.
- It is due to his generous nature that today in the company, any employee working at any level feels comfortable talking and dealing with him. This helps him a lot in conflict resolution.
- Mr. Dhingra is also a very active member of all the cultural activities organized by the company. A creative organizer and an active participant bring different cultural activities to the company, helping the employees to fee stress free and motivated from their busy working schedules. Thus he gives “Human Touch” to his management style.
- He is a graduate in the Faculty of Science and has a Degree Diploma in HRM & Sales and Marketing.
