At Hi-Tech, We take care of the staff requirements on high priority and give salaries that are higher than market standard.
- High Employee retention history. Our attrition rate is less then 5%
- Our Vice President is with the company since 10 years right from the inception of the company.
- All the Directors have been working with us since their joining our organization. (Typically 4 years). None of the managers has left the company so far.
- Over and above salaries, incentives are given two times a year to deserving staff members. Our Personnel cost in salary, wages and incentives are 73% of total expenses which is much higher then market standards of 45-55%.
- We have inculcated a feeling of a unified family and fraternity in all our staff members.
