Training the employees for a project

Our employees are provided adequate training before they commence work on a live project.

Our training procedure for a project is as follows:
  • Communication with the client via email or chat to understand the exact requirements of the project
  • Preparation of the training document which include all details of the project
  • Selection of the suitable employees for the project
  • Imparting training to the selected employees
  • Conducting a session to test the overall understanding of the selected employees about the project
  • Getting a test work done by the trained employees
  • Conducting a Live run of the project under close supervision of the project managers
  • Permitting the successful employees to execute the live run of the project and submission of the same to the QA department
