How long have you been in the business?
We had started the company in 1992 and since then have been in business.
Where is your office located?
We have our corporate office and a production center at Ahmedabad. The city is approximately 300 miles north of Mumbai (Bombay). The second production center is at Kochi, which is approximately 700 miles south of Mumbai.
How big is your city (Ahmedabad)?
Ahmedabad is the commercial capital of Gujarat state and is considered as a major commercial center. The city has a population of more than 5 million. It is considered as the 5th most preferred city in India for IT Enabled services.
Are there international flights available to your city?
Yes. From the U.S. West Coast, Singapore Air and Malaysian Air fly to Ahmedabad whereas Air India flies from the U.S. East Coast directly to Ahmedabad. Other than this, if you are flying to Mumbai or Delhi, there are several daily flights from these cities to Ahmedabad.
What are your normal working hours?
We normally work round the clock in 3 shifts, 6 days a week. However for emergency projects, we can work 7 days a week.
What is the preferred means of communication? (Email, MSN, ICQ, phone, fax, etc)
Email and Chat (MSN/Yahoo/AOL) are most preferred. We also have a U.S. phone and Fax number. For understanding project requirements, we normally communicate using NetMeeting, GotoMyPC, etc.
How do I send assignments down to you? Who will I have to contact?
You can send assignments through e-mail or FTP. Once the project has been finalized and approved for start, we will hand over the future correspondence to one of our directors.
Do you have an office or a representative in the U.S. or the U.K.?
We do have a representative office in (NY) USA from where our VP, North America operates. Our CEO, Sr. Vice President & Sr. Managers frequently travel to the U.S. and the U.K. for meeting clients.

Our Clients: We have successful ongoing relationships with several U.S./European clients. Our motto is total client satisfaction and you can check our references to see the level of satisfaction the clients have with our work Experience: We have experience of over 20 years in this industry.

Local Presence: We have representative offices in USA at Santa Clara, CA; New York, NY; and Denmark / Scandinavia in Europe.

Affiliation: We are affiliated to Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) (Full Member), American Business Club of US Commercial Services, and Software Technology Park of India (STPI).

Do you have references on hand at our request?
Yes, We have worked for over 200 clients and can certainly provide client references.
How do you charge — per hour or project?
It depends on the way you want it to be. We can charge on per hour or per project or per man-month basis whichever is most convenient to you.
Are there minimums for pricing? If so, are minimums based on file size, page count, etc.?
Our minimum billing is U.S. $100. However, there are no minimums for file size, page count, etc.
How do we pay you?
We have bank accounts in the U.S. (Omaha, NE), the U.K. (London) and India (Ahmedabad). We accept payment by Check, ACH (US only) or Wire Transfer. Soon, we will be able to accept payment via Credit Card.
Can I pay through PayPal, Western Union?
Sorry but we do not accept payments through PayPal or Western Union. We prefer payment by check or by wire transfer.
What are your typical payment terms?
The typical payment terms, monthly or fortnightly — depends on the invoice amount. For 1-off projects below $500, we request to be paid on completion of projects.
Would you be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Do you have a services agreement/contract you like to use?
We have a standard services agreement, however, we are flexible and any additions/alterations, if required, shall be fine with us.
Do you sign intellectual property agreements with the U.S.-side companies?
Yes, Sure. We can sign.
Do you have a dedicated computer for each employee?
Yes, we have a dedicated computer for each employee.
Has each employee taken any English competency exams? What were their scores?
It is our policy to recruit employees with good knowledge of English. However, we do not conduct any such exams.
What steps have you taken to avoid Disaster Management?
We have an office at KOCHI, a beautiful city in the coastal state of KERALA, located at the southernmost tip of INDIA. With the successful functioning of this office, we now have the following added advantages:

  • A well-furnished Disaster Management Back-up Office located approx. 1000 miles away from our present office.
