How do I send assignments to you? Whom do I contact?

You can send assignments through e-mail or FTP. For starters, we will have a discussion. Once the project is finalized, we will hand over the future correspondence to one of our Directors so that the project can be taken forward.

What is the preferred means of communication? Emails, Chat, Phone or Fax?

Emails and Chat (MSN/Yahoo/AOL) are the most preferred mediums. We have phone and fax numbers in the US on which you can contact us whenever required. For discussions on requirements, we normally use NetMeeting, GotoMyPC, etc.

What is your costing like? Do you charge on per hour or per project basis?

We have a flexible costing pattern. We charge on per hour or per project or per man month basis, according to your preferences.

Are there minimums for pricing? If so, are minimums file size, page count, etc.?

Our minimum billing is US$ 100. However, there are no minimums for file size, page count, etc.

How do we pay you?

We have bank accounts in US (Omaha, NE), UK (London) and India (Ahmedabad). We accept payment by Check, ACH (US only), or Wire Transfer. Very soon we will accept payments via Credit Card as well.

Can I pay through Pay pal, Western Union?

Sorry, we are not setup to accept payments through Pay pal or Western Union. We prefer payment by check or by wire transfer.

What are your typical payment terms?

The typical payment terms will be monthly or fortnightly, depending on invoice amount. For one-off projects below $500, we request to be paid on completion of project. For projects that are above $500, we request a 25% advance payment as soon as work on the project commences.

We have a standard service agreement. We are flexible, and we are open to modifications, if required.

No. We are purely an English writing/editing firm.

It is our policy to recruit employees with experience and excellent knowledge of English. However, we do not conduct any such exams.

Do you conduct any training programs for your writers/editors?

Yes. Other than initial training, we also conduct project-specific training from time to time to meet changing trends in the industry. These also ensure employee growth and increase in productivity levels. Our writers also visit workshops from time to time.
